Training this week up to 10/15/09

Sunday: Indoor practice 10-Noon. 100 laps and technique.

Monday: Full plyo list, 15 minutes on elliptical.

Tuesday: Indoor practice 4:30-6. 100 laps, cornering technique.

Wednesday: Ice speed practice (just testing the frozen water!)

Thursday: 15 miles in the morning, 15 miles at lunch.
